Complementary Maintenance Services

All residents pay monthly members dues. This low-cost fee keeps the community safe, clean, and provides the following services specifically:

  • Garbage Removal

  • Lawn Care

  • Snow Removal

  • Pruning of landscaped areas (walking trail & bridge)

  • Seasonal clean-up (removing leaves, branches, etc.)

Our beautifully landscaped grounds abound with open spaces, trees, ornamental shrubs, flowers, and prairie grasses. Enjoy the Gardens walking our paths or from the comfort of your own home. Each two-story property has a lookout deck and several lots overlook the Gardens themselves.

The Gardens & Resident Garden Boxes

We maintain an extensive garden, the focal point of the neighborhood. On it we grow local produce for Coffeehouse in Uptown and it is also an optional source of food sustainability for our residents. At your request we can construct a garden box on your lot. Residents are responsible for supplying their own seeds but are welcome to grow any produce, plants, or herbs on their property.
